Any Order confirmed by the customers and/or internet user on the internet Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will be competent.
FEATURES OF THE PROPOSED SERVICES
- Reservation for private individuals
On this web site, Electrolux markets lunches, dinners and culinary workshops. The services proposed for on-line sales are only those which are listed on the Reservation calendar. Reservations are personal and non-transferable. This implies that a reservation may not be transferred to a third party. As such, on entry, proof of reservation will be requested by the presentation of the credit card used for the on-line payment of the Reservation.
- Reservation by companies
No Reservation will be taken into account on the site. We recommend you contact art-home@art-home-electrolux.com by email.
DURATION OF THE OFFER
The sales offers proposed on the www.art-home-electrolux.com Site governed by these Terms & Conditions are valid for as long as they remain on line until all the available places have been reserved and they may vary in real time. The photos appearing in the description are simply illustrative and are not contractual.
PRICES
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes. They take account of VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Electrolux reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the meals will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the customer and/or the internet user confirms the order.
ON-LINE PAYMENT AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
In order to pay on line, you must use your bank card.
Electrolux then debits the card in real time.
Payment is completely secured using encrypted data.
Electrolux uses the Ogone system for your on-line payments, using the PCI certificates issued by Visa and Mastercard and TDC of American Express which in particular requires 128 bit ciphering and strong ciphering techniques. Ogone integrates 3D Secure identification processes (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and JCB J/Secure) in order to offer its customers greater protection against on-line fraud. For even greater security Ogone has also developed a set of modules which makes the security of your payments even greater in terms of detecting fraud, user access and storage of financial data.
Electronic data and freedom
We inform users of this site that the information that it communicates on the forms on the site is required for answering requests for Reservations and is intended for Electrolux which is responsible for processing it for administrative and commercial management purposes. ACCESS CONDITIONS FOR CULINARY WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN
These culinary workshops are for children between 6 and 12 years old. Each workshop will welcome a maximum of 12 children who will be looked after by 2 adults, a female leader and an assistant.
Parents must sign a consent form on the premises allowing their child/children to take part in these workshops without them being in attendance.
The average duration of a workshop is 2 hours.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellation by the Reservee
Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing to the email address art-home@art-home-electrolux.com
Any Reservation order is firm and definitive and cannot be postponed nor reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
Any money paid shall remain the property of Electrolux.
Cancellation by the supplier
Electrolux reserves the right to postpone or to cancel lunches, dinners and culinary workshops in the event of failure by a contributor or an insufficient number of enrolments. If the lunch, dinner or workshop cannot be rescheduled on another date convenient to the customers, the money paid for the service will be repaid in full.
